User Defined Fields

These optional narrative fields are used by the Facility Manager to store facility-specific information (e.g., a cross reference to a site specific number or name). These fields are optional on all occurrence reports.

Specify the text using the (User Field # 1 or User Field # 2) Edit boxes on the ORPS Search Criteria page. Within the edit box enter single words or words/phrases, combined with text operators. What you specify in this edit box will be used to search the text contained in the User Defined fields.
